A fourteen-floor hotel with 280 rooms in Madinah's northern central area, about 180 metres from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi — a two to four minute walk, with guests generally entering through Gates 330 and 331, which are among the easier approaches for elderly travellers and families. The position is also convenient for the women's prayer areas. There are two restaurants, Al Manakha serving buffet and Al Aaeniyah a la carte, plus a lobby coffee shop, a business centre and 24-hour reception and room service. Deluxe rooms add a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, and some have partial mosque views. Worth setting expectations on: guests rate the location very highly but are mixed on the rooms, with recurring comments about dated furnishings and variable housekeeping, and breakfast described as limited. Parking is on site but scarce in this district.
