We're a UK-based Hajj and Umrah specialist, dedicated to making the journey of a lifetime simple, affordable and worry-free for pilgrims across the country.
Who we are
Mina Tours was established in 2016 with a view to streamlining and simplifying the sometimes very complicated Hajj and Umrah industry. Our technology lets us compare a wide network of travel suppliers, airlines and hotels to build great-value packages around what you actually need. Behind that sits a team with over two decades of experience specialising in Hajj and Umrah — which is what allows us to give you independent, transparent advice for the blessed journey.
Over the years we have facilitated trips for literally thousands of clients, and the feedback from those pilgrims has built us a reputation we take seriously. Mina Tours is the trading name of Mina Tours Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10996464).
Beyond Hajj and Umrah, we also arrange Islamic holidays and Islamic tours to Spain, Turkey, Morocco and Jordan, as well as guided tours to Masjid al-Aqsa and the wider Holy Land.

By the grace of Allah, our focus is on facilitating our pilgrims to the best of our abilities. But we will never over-promise and under-deliver. Where there is doubt, we would rather under-promise and over-deliver. The Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage is not like any other holiday, and we believe a bespoke, one-to-one and transparent service is what keeps expectations clear.
We have a wide range of deals from budget to luxury, and we will tell you plainly which is which. We have come across too many companies who promise a hotel is a five-minute walk from the Haram when the reality is more like fifteen. We would rather tell you it is a fifteen-minute walk and have you delighted when you do it in ten. Honesty and transparency are the point.
Our customer care
Our consultants support you through planning and booking, and then through the pilgrimage itself. We can troubleshoot whatever comes up — health issues, adjusting an itinerary, adding transport or sightseeing. We have male and female medics, guides and staff available on all of our Hajj tours, and we give you WhatsApp contacts while you are travelling so you can reach a person immediately.

Protection & peace of mind
Mina Tours Ltd is not an ATOL holder. The flights and flight-inclusive packages we sell are ATOL protected by the ATOL holder we book them through, and we sell as their approved agent. All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate — please ask for it and check that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
